Today, we would like to show you a case of rhinoplasty for a female patient who had a bulbous nose, a hump nose, and a long nose.
Additionally, her existing nasal bridge and tip were low.
For the materials, silicone was used for the nasal bridge,
and ear cartilage and septal cartilage were used for the nasal tip.
Since her septum was quite large,
we were able to proceed without using additional donated costal cartilage.
