and move the nasal tip cartilages

to the left and right for correction.

can be grafted together for correction.

Similarly, if the outer part of the nostrils is retracted

and nostril exposure is minimal, autologous cartilage

can be used. However, for those with

severe nostril exposure, both autologous cartilage and skin

can be used together for correction.
