Today, for a patient with a retracted alar (dragon nose) and long nose type,
we would like to show you the before and after results of their revision rhinoplasty.
They previously had their primary rhinoplasty at another clinic,
which resulted in an elongated nose and excessive nostril exposure,
causing them a lot of concern as it looked like a dragon nose.
This patient underwent revision surgery using silicone, septal cartilage, and donated rib cartilage,
and we simultaneously performed corrections for the retracted alar and long nose
