Before the surgery, this patient was concerned
about having a deviated and long nose.
Therefore, we performed deviated and long nose correction,
along with an osteotomy and foreign body removal.
Using donated rib cartilage, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage,
we created a beautifully defined nose,
and through forehead and temple fat grafting,
we achieved a much more harmonious facial line. :)
