NO!

Even if the stitches have been removed,

the wound has not fully healed yet,

so we highly recommend abstaining from alcohol and smoking for at least one month.

Does rhinoplasty require at least 3 surgeries?

NO!

If the first surgery is successful,

there is absolutely no need to do it again.

However, because there are many revision rhinoplasty cases,

it seems this plastic surgery rumor was created.

Is making a "pig nose" impossible after rhinoplasty?

​

Conditional YES!

Depending on the surgical method and the type of cartilage used,

it may or may not be possible.

Speaking in terms of the most common methods,

if a septal extension graft is performed using septal cartilage,

the nose becomes much firmer compared to before the surgery,

so there is a higher probability that making a "pig nose"

will not be possible.
