Beautifully Correcting a Long and Drooping Nasal Tip Without Implants

Hello. This is Vibe Plastic Surgery.

Today, we brought before-and-after photos

of a patient who underwent implant-free rhinoplasty.

Before surgery, the nose was not low,

but it appeared long, felt deviated,

and had a drooping nasal tip.

​

Since this patient could proceed without implants,

we elevated the nasal tip without artificial implants,

using septal cartilage, ear cartilage, and donated rib cartilage.

Because there was a slight dorsal hump and it was a long nose,

we performed corrections for those as well.
