Hello~ This is Vibe Plastic Surgery. Today, we would like to talk about a rhinoplasty case of a patient who had a wide, bulbous nasal tip along with a dorsal hump. The patient wanted a straight-curve nose line. For the surgical materials, we used septal cartilage, ear cartilage, and silicone to raise the height. While performing bulbous nose correction and hump reduction, an osteotomy was also necessary, so we proceeded with that as well. Shall we take a look at the before and after differences?
