Today, regarding short nose rhinoplasty and full face fat grafting,

we will look at the case of a patient who underwent the procedures

The patient previously had fillers,

but since the forehead was only bulging in the center, we recommended dissolving it

before proceeding with the surgery.

For the nose, it was a short nose type with an upturned tip,

so we proceeded with a plan to correct the short nose.

They received full face fat grafting,

and the nose was corrected using silicone, ear cartilage, and septal cartilage

to perform the short nose correction.

The short nose was improved, and the flat volume was

enhanced, resulting in a much softer

and improved overall impression,

with three-dimensional facial features!
