who underwent rhinoplasty without implants!

Before the surgery, the patient had a bulbous nose and a small dorsal hump,

For the style, they wanted a natural, semi-upturned (ban-beoseon) line

only at the nasal tip, and since they did not prefer implants,

we proceeded with an implant-free approach.

Using only septal and ear cartilage as materials,

the patient underwent Vibe's "Dan-yeon-ko" surgery.^^

In addition, they received bulbous nose correction, hump nose correction, long nose correction,

columella correction, nasal osteotomy, and removal of foreign substances from nose fillers.

As you can see, the dorsal hump is gone compared to before,

and the nasal bridge looks much smoother and slimmer.
