a revision rhinoplasty case.

The patient had a previous nose surgery at another clinic,

but she wanted better bulbous nose correction than before

and desired a glamorous

nose line.

we also performed a hump correction as she had a slight dorsal hump,

and we created her desired line using

silicone, donated rib cartilage, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage.
