Male Rhinoplasty Case with a Straight Line

Hello. This is Vibe Plastic Surgery.

Today, we will discuss

a male rhinoplasty case.

Before the surgery, the patient had a bulbous nose

and a dorsal hump, and he had previously

received nose fillers.

​

His preferred line was a masculine,

straight nose.

Taking the patient's needs into consideration,

we proceeded with the surgery.

​

Before the surgery, the existing filler in the nose was dissolved,

followed by hump correction, nasal osteotomy, and bulbous nose correction.

The materials used included donated rib cartilage, septal cartilage, ear cartilage, and silicone

for the procedure.

With the bulbous nose and dorsal hump corrected,

it resulted in a more refreshing and straight nose line.
