of a patient who had rhinoplasty at our clinic

after previously raising their nose with procedures.

About 4 months prior to the surgery date,

the patient had HiKo and filler treatments,

and they wanted a nose line between straight and a straight-curve (jik-ban).

First, we removed the foreign substances

used during the previous procedures,

and elevated the nasal bridge and tip

using silicone, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage.
