Why recommend rhinoplasty and fat grafting together?

The reason for getting rhinoplasty is not only for the frontal effect but also

for a beautiful side profile when viewed from the side.

However, if you have a flat forehead

or lack volume in the temples,

the balance of dimensionality can drop.

For a harmonious, three-dimensional look across the entire face,

clinics sometimes recommend

doing both procedures together.

What is facial fat grafting?

For most fat grafting procedures, including the face,

fat is harvested from the thighs or abdomen,

separated and purified,

and then grafted into the necessary areas.

In the case of facial fat grafting, you can expect

Because fat grafting uses your own autologous fat

to restore volume,

and then thawed for re-grafting.

What are the side effects after fat grafting?

Side effects of fat grafting include

the fat harvesting site

becoming bumpy,

or the grafted fat clumping together,

leading to cysts, necrosis, oil cysts, or calcification.

If the fat is injected finely

using a cannula, clumping itself does not occur,

so the risk of these side effects is low.

Even if it does occur, it can be relatively easily resolved

with injections that break down the clumps!
